Hiteknova’s integrated heavy-duty CZ purlin roll forming machine is engineered for high-volume steel structure projects. It delivers stable and high-speed production of customized profiles, including the most common C and Z sections:

C-sections: Width 80–350 mm;

Z-sections: Width 120–350 mm;

Height（Flange) up to 100 mm;

Lip up to 25 mm;

Thickness 1.0–3.5 mm.

The FX5 is widely applied in steel structure workshops, multi-story buildings, purlin and wall beam systems, railway vehicles, transportation equipment, warehouse racking, and supporting structures.
