The HITEKNOVA DH-V100 Angle Steel Roll Forming Machine is a heavy-duty solution designed for efficient and precise production of angle steel profiles for construction and industrial applications. With a total machine weight of approximately 5.5T, it ensures stable operation and consistent forming accuracy.

The machine produces angle steel with leg sizes from 25 -100 mm and thicknesses of 1.2–1.5 mm, supporting both equal and unequal angles. A forming speed of up to 25 m/min delivers high productivity. Compatible materials include Q235, Q355, and Q390 hot-rolled steel strips, as well as hot-rolled galvanized steel strips. Finished products are widely used in steel structures, warehouses, solar mounting systems, and support frames.
