The HITEKNOVA LG2025 Series is a smart and flexible roll-forming system designed for construct walls, floors and roofs for 1 – 3 level residential, modular and transportable units, and light commercial construction. Engineered for high forming precision, greater flexibility, and enhanced production efficiency, the LG2025 delivers exceptional performance and reliability across a wide range of building applications.

Producing profiles from 63mm (2.5″), 75mm (3″), 89mm (3.5″), and 140mm (5.5″) in width and up to 1.6mm (16 gauge) in thickness, the LG2025 achieves production speeds of up to 2700m (8858ft) per hour. It supports back-to-back trusses and quick horizontal installation, ideal for various framing and truss components.
