Rotary Table Laser Steel Cutting Machine KL-90010-T

This rotary table laser cutting machine KL-90010-T is mainly used for cutting H-beams, square tubes, channel steel, angle steel, round pipes, and other special-shaped steel profiles permitted by the cutting process. It supports small-hole cutting, bevel cutting, line marking, double-sided web marking for H-beams, zero-remnant cutting, Tekla data import, automatic recognition of weld marking lines from Tekla, cyclic cutting of H-beams, and over-weld hole suspended cutting for H-beams. The machine consists of a gantry structure, self-centering chuck, self-centering feeding trolley, feeding bed, receiving rack, laser safety enclosure, and support structures. Based on NC1 files exported from Tekla, the system can automatically generate rivet and welding marking lines and perform automatic marking operations.
