The Dahe Zhongbang single-U multi-specification photovoltaic mounting production line is equipped with Dahe Zhongbang’s self-developed stepless technology, offering greater flexibility. It features the advantage of single-U multi-spec production, capable of manufacturing photovoltaic mounting products with:

U width: 70–150 mm
Web height: 30–70 mm
Material thickness (t): 2.0–3.5 mm

The Dahe Zhongbang single-U multi-specification photovoltaic mounting system adopts one industrial computer control + intelligent control system + fast production input software, enabling remote data transmission via network or quick data import via USB drive. The equipment is also fitted with Dahe Zhongbang intelligent servo motors with high torque, achieving a high-speed production rate of up to 35 m/min.

This production line utilizes an automatic positioning system to ensure punching accuracy and consistency, achieving length and hole position accuracy of ±1 mm. By adopting an integrated cold roll-forming process, the equipment delivers more precise bending angles, curve shapes, and dimensions, while reducing energy consumption and equipment investment during production.

The Dahe Zhongbang photovoltaic mounting production line incorporates flexible and intelligent manufacturing throughout the entire production process. In addition to the U series, it can also produce C-type, Z-type, and CZ interchangeable profiles, and supports customized design, enabling the creation of digital and intelligent equipment tailored to enterprise needs.
